Holiday Printmaking Class

Looking for a cozy craft night to unwind with before the craziness of the holidays? Trying to find a fun creative activity for you and your out of town guests visiting for Thanksgiving? Well look no further and sign up for our beginner-friendly Holiday block printing class! This class is the perfect way to learn the basics of carving and printing your own designs. In this 2 hour workshop, local printmaker Leah Shea will guide students step-by-step through simple block printing techniques to create handmade holiday cards and wrapping paper.

No prior experience needed! All supplies are included, and yours to keep, so you can continue printing at home if you’re inspired. During class, you’ll carve one design and have plenty of time to print it repeatedly, leaving with a 20×30 roll of gift wrap and a set of handmade cards perfect for gifts or sending good tidings to all your loved ones this holiday season!

Our instructor Leah will provide some predrawn designs during class but if you would like to use your own please consider preparing it as a 3” x 4.5” image beforehand so your class experience is spent on printmaking.

Supplies are included with your registration fee.

$75 per seat, 10 class seats available.
