Masque Maker’s Ball
Local painter Nancy Rishoff is coming back to lead a fine Thursday afternoon of freestyle creative mask making.
Use paint, texture, fabric, or anything else you can think of to create a unique and beautiful wearable collage! This is one project that you will be proud to hang on your wall or wear to the next Masquerade. Take time to relax, loosen up, and forget the craziness of life. Turn all that crazy into something fun! Make a mask and express your inner child. The sky’s the limit, and no two will be the same. The first 6 to sign up get a free mask! Nancy will provide feathers, glitter, brik a brak, and other fun odds and ends to work with. Feel free to bring a bit of your own as well!
Supplies Needed (5 bullets below):
- Small flat paint brush
- Small tubes of white and black paint
- Odds and ends of scrap tissue, ribbon, stickers, etc.
- Small bottle of Elmer’s or craft glue
- Anything else you want to attach to personalize your mask!
