DESCRIPTION:Zentangle is an easy-to-learn\, relaxing and fun way to create beautiful (or interesting) images by drawing structured patterns. \nThe first class is a stand-alone introduction\, with an emphasis on accessibility and enjoyment. \nThe next 5 classes will continue to explore the Zentangle method in ways determined in part by the interests of participants. Possibilities include exploration of patterns\, using a variety of formats and tools\, and the use of color\, all influenced by the elegance of limits. \nYour instructor:\nCyndy Aten has been exploring Zentangle for at least ten years\, as a stand-alone practice and to enhance her journals. Now a Certified Zentangle Teacher (CZT)\, she is looking forward to sharing her delight in Zentangle with others\, both those who want to enhance an established practice of art-making and those who believe –mistakenly –that they are not artists. \nRecommended Supplies:\nPigma Micron 01\, pencil\, tortillon\, and 2 tiles are included with class fees! \nStudents receive a 10% discount on any additional supplies bought here at Frame of Mind\, or 15% for great celebrity impressions (or truly valiant attempts)! \nIntroduction to Zentangle: $22.25 per seat.\nZentangle Exploration: $76.25 per seat for all five classes. \nAll classes are from 1-3pm \n10 total seats available\, $22.25 per seat.
